LiFt has set itself the goal of creating a Montessori continuing education program that offers a wide variety of settings for all interested parties, from non-binding introductory evenings to demand-oriented teacher training courses and practical workshops to course cycles with in-depth insight and actual training courses. In work and family compatible units as well as in freely selectable time staggering, the principles of the Montessori pedagogy are imparted to the participants by optimally trained instructors, depending on the personal possibilities of each individual.

In addition, LiFt wants to offer an information platform, which helps to get an overview of the nationwide offer of further education in Montessori related to the different age and development stages and at the same time to the different circles of interest such as parents, pedagogues, specialists for the promotion of giftedness, children, etc.

LiFt also advises you competently in all your questions about Montessori education in general and in relation to your personal training.

... and last but not least LiFt strives to advance the cause of Montessori education in cooperation with other national and international organizations, be it in the field of further training, recognition by the competent authorities or simply in intensifying public relations.

LiFt is aware of the plight of many Montessori institutions to find suitable professionals. Often the search for well-trained Montessori educators becomes the actual search for the famous needle in the haystack. But also parents have more and more the desire to learn more about this since 100 years highly successful form of child-centered guidance and support of our next generation.

Although the Montessori pedagogy still today - perhaps even more than ever - has suitable answers for many burning questions and needs of today's educational landscape, the offer of appropriate training opportunities has never really been adapted to the current needs of parents and professionals. More and more training courses, scientific treatises and educational guidebooks refer to the groundbreaking findings of the Italian doctor, but without mentioning her name. Remedy is needed.

montessori-diplom-plus closes the gap to the international standards of Montessori education for a Montessori school practice based on Cosmic Education. It comprises 8 modules and is designed as a supplement, extension and professional rounding off for graduates of Montessori diploma courses
