Company We are a private educational company operating throughout the Canton of Zurich and Switzerland. As an independent educational institution, we want to maintain our neutral position in the future. Thus we remain independent and are not influenced by one-sided economic, political, ethnic or religious interest groups. We act exclusively according to the findings of current research in scientific teaching.

Employees We employ young, responsible and dynamic people. All of our employees know that they are not just "doing a job", but are fulfilling an important and demanding task for the students entrusted to us.
The entire teaching staff in our company is constantly kept up to date with the latest educational standards and also continues to train independently. This is how we know that we are doing the best possible teaching for our students.

Teaching and Services Our service should be affordable for as many families in Switzerland as possible. We thus actively try to counteract the formation of a two-tier educational society. Our service is on a high level and adapted to the needs of our clients. In the area of didactics and pedagogy, we set high standards for ourselves and also implement these by means of appropriate resources.
Our long-term vision is to experience, achieve and consolidate a lifelong joy of learning in our students.

Finances We finance our investments and ongoing operations from the revenue generated by our services. In order to maintain our continued growth, we are exploring new, innovative avenues, constantly adapting to the latest circumstances and making available to the public our knowledge, expertise and many years of experience in the field of learning, coaching and tutoring. Although we are a limited liability company, profit maximization is not our main goal. Any surpluses are continuously invested back into the company.

Research & Development Rapid progress in the fields of brain, learning, and educational research continues to lead us to new discoveries. We do our best to bring these findings in line with our experience, to design practical implementation strategies and to successfully integrate them into the service area of our company. We also independently research and develop new methods and implement them, provided they can be explained and reconciled with scientific insights.

Leadership Our cadres fulfill the responsible task of maintaining the operation. They are carefully selected and must continuously keep up to date with the latest knowledge. Our managers are expected to set a good example for our customers, students, employees and partners. Our management style does not involve bossing around, but rather open, appreciative and cooperative communication with all partners. We know that only satisfied employees will perform well.

Social Responsibility and Role Model As a nationwide tutoring organization, we are well aware of the impact we have on our young people. We know that we can make a huge difference thanks to the trust of our customers. We will never allow ourselves to abuse this trust in any way. It is this trust that makes it possible in the first place to enable our desired, great progress in the students!
Furthermore, it is of great concern to us to take the environment into consideration and to conserve its resources as much as possible within our sphere of influence.
